A childish vision
Darn Brownies started with a little chocolate, a scoop of flour, some sugar and a childish vision. The goal is to give away brownies for free to everyone for almost no reason at all and to encourage other people to do something similarly good for their town or neighborhood.
Play card tricks at a retirement home, hand out happy face stickers on a train, distribute cups of lemonade for free at a farmer's market. The only guidelines are that whatever you do, it should be for almost no good reason, it can't be too hard and it can't be mean. If you don't have an idea ready, you still can sign up and show your support by clicking here.
The brownie project to help make the world a nicer place was started by Chris Knight, who was born in Kansas, raised in Iowa and now lives near Paris, France. Chris has been baking brownies and giving them to friends or colleagues for nearly 15 years. He has been roaming from city to city handing out free brownies to the public since July 2014.
